I never be so pleased and proud to announce our final completion of transformation of a small retail space 420sq.ft. AdstraGold Microbrewery@CHIJMES to 2,000+ sq.ft. AdstraGold MicroBrewery & Bistro Bar @East Coast. With 6 microbrewery tanks, imagin installed within a small space of 150sq.ft, I now have the flexibility of brewing variety of craft beer.
Of course, I will continue to offer regular brews and blends of the popular beers : Pilsner Lite, Light Wheat, RED & NUTTY Ale, Bock Dark, IPA & STOUT.
I enjoy to brew something more extreme: Pilsner XLite1.8, XLite5, Pilsner Premium (dark reddish brew), Oak induced limited edition, and tropical fruit fragrance beer for lady�s drink!
Beside love & passionate of microbrewery craft beer, it is a greatest challenge of creating a brand new market within neighbourhood. Since launched AdstraGold@CHIJMES in March 2010, I�m motivated by visiting customers from all over the world who enjoyed and cheers our AdstraGold

beers. I have dedicated a page of our guests� written Commends in our Guest Books & photos of those in Chijmes and East Coast.

Why we have so many varieties of ales? Simply I�m obliged by customers request such as �less bitter�, �sweet beer�, �less robust after taste� , �higher alcohol content�, �low alcohol content�, etc... These are the challenging requests and I�m most happy to brew to suit our regular customers� taste buds! Whichever we brew, our generic beer characteristic will remain unchanged in order to meet the craft beer standard.
Beside enjoy my brewing, I too enjoying talking so many visitors, from different industries, professions, businesses, etc... And I just got to realise that our microbrewery & bistro bar is becoming a business center where executives meeting to discuss of exciting topics, and business opportunities.

Since we set up the 1st neighbourhood microbrewery at East Coast Rd, we welcome many regular neighbours patronising our brewery with their friends and it becoming the meeting place with simple cosy ambience, no frill!
In fact, talking about no frill furnishing, part of our philosophy is minimised use of new materials, minimise construction and be green to save the earth! I will estimated our recycle of material used is estimated 80%,, from poster frames, wooden table top, bar counter, alfresco pinewood bench & newly constructed deck ! I don�t understand why many eateries spend so much in deco to attract customers, rather than chef�s specialties and dedicated products.
To offset the lack of modern deco, our most admirable is the display of 6 mirror finished stainless steel microbrewery tanks display right in the brewery corner!
Interestingly, every customer tends to ask where our craft beer is originated. As the beer or rather

ale is brewed locally at the premises, we classify our craft beer as International craft beer, because it is brewed to suite everyone�s taste!
And for food, our customers tend to associate to German style (just because we have great pork knuckle with raw sauerkraut). Well it�s a compliment! But is a local fusion !
Now, we are proud to have 3 signatures dish from Chef�s recommendation: Pork Knuckle with sauerkraut, Country Home Roast Braised Pork Ribs with Honey BBQ sauce, and 100% aroma craft beer battered Premium Fish & Chips!

With our fully commissioned AdstraGold microbrewery, I have finalised the new published price (as requested by regulars), ongoing promotions for F&B with immediate effect. So, head down to our neighbourhood for freshly crafted AdstraGold designer beer!
